SAIL & ANCHOR BOA'S BIND AMBER ALE

Amber ale? OK, if you insist. Tastes more like an IPA or APA to me.

It's from Fremantle, in Western Australia, and I'm really enjoying it.

There's a nice hoppy bite here and some hidden fruit in the aftertaste and Martin very astutely spotted the mix of Cascade and Chinook (hops, not salmon) that gives it a better overall flavour than the Monkey's Fist of the other day...

...But amber ale? In colour maybe, but it's more than that in taste!
