WYCHCRAFT BLONDE BEER

Wychcraft Blonde. The first thing you will notice about this beer is the intricate label. I've noticed that Wychwood pay special attention to their labels and I'll be honest, it was the label that made me buy this.

That and I needed a new beer.

Once poured, it is a lovely golden colour with a nice thick head but that disappeared before I could take the photo. Slight hint of fruit upfront and one could use the word sweet. Not overly sweet though. Just the right hint of sweet.

I do have their Snakes' Bite in the fridge and I get the feeling that "sweet" will be used even more in that review (if thats possible!).

This is followed by a slightly bitter taste on the tongue and the overall feeling becomes sharp. All in all a very refreshing drink, if not particulary memorable. Something you could drink quite a few of on a nice summer's day...

5/10
