POLAR PILSNER

This is the Polar Pilsner, from the Bolivian Republic of Venezuela. No, I didn't know Venezuela was officially called that, either.

Anyway, it's a good thing the country's name is fancy and that its bottle is fancy because the beer isn't.

It's pants. It's bland, yellow, flat and rather tasteless. Did i mention bland?

And don't ask me why a Venezuelan beer it's got a polar bear on it. That makes as much sense as Bundaberg Rum (from Bundaberg, in Queensland, Australia, where the temperature occasionally dips down to as little as 25 degrees) having a polar bear on its bottle.

Mind you, tomorrow's beer has a polar bear, too. But it's not even from the same continent. At least the bears are facing the same direction.

3/10
