MARSTON'S OYSTER STOUT

Marston's Oyster Stout isn't made by the modest, claiming (on the bottle top) to be nothing shy of the Official Beer of England.

It isn't bad, either. They recommend to have it on its own or with oysters or shellfish so, naturally, I had it with tacos.

Tastes mildly of coffee and chocolate and has a nice mouthfeel, but there are better, more nuanced English stouts going around.

6/10
