BAD WINDSHEIMER ZWICKEL

Looks rich, the bad Windsheimer Zwickel, but that doesn't translate to tasting rich.

Smells like gnoccho, the fried bread unique to Emilia-Romagna in Italy, but tastes initially a bit tinny before hitting you with a soft smooth malty wave.

The trouble is it feels so soapy in the mouth that the maltiness sort of sticks to your tongue and teeth and mouth and gums and you can't get rid of it. Not even with a second one, because that just adds another layer.
