4 PINES PALE ALE

4 Pines Pale Ale. When you pour this beer you know it’s going to be tasty.

It uses the relatively recently developed Citra hop for bittering and a winning combination of Cascade, Amarillo and Citra for finishing.

A nice red / amber colour, medium body with moderate carbonation. It has a pleasant malt and citrusy hop aroma.

Upfront there is a solid malt backbone drawing into a tropical / pine / citrusy hop flavour with a crisp bitter finish. This is a fine example of an Aussie made American pale ale.

8/10
