ANDERSON VALLEY BREWING HOP OTTIN’ IPA

Anderson Valley Brewing Hop Ottin' IPA. This a West Coast-style IPA hopped with “copious amounts of Columbus and Cascade” that comes in at 78 IBU and 7% ABV.

It's thick and full bodied, like a good IPA. It starts with a sweet caramel malt flavour, thick and full bodied. Then comes some citrus followed by wave of piney hop goodness.

The Columbus hops deliver some resinous qualities and the hop oils linger long enough to satisfy hop-heads. It’s similar to the Karl Strauss Tower 10 but perhaps a little less sweet.

Yet another reason to visit the West Coast of the USA.
