AUSTRALIAN BREWERY PALE ALE

Australian Brewery Pale Ale. Sorry, “The Pale Ale”; seems to be a marketing wank at this brewery.

It is a long time since I drank a can of beer, and it may be long time until I have another.

This insipid imitation Stone & Wood Pacific Ale is so pale it almost has no colour. It has the refreshing citrus aroma of Galaxy hops that last to the end, but does not translate to the flavour.

While there is some fresh hoppy taste, there is an overpowering dry metallic bite on the tongue.

Oh, I so wanted to like this beer brewed in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Unfortunately I didn’t.
