BRIDGE ROAD BLING BLING IMPERIAL IPA

Bridge Road Bling Bling Imperial IPA. A pimped version of their Bling IPA -  more hops, more malt and of course more alcohol (8.5% ABV).

Honey amber colour, fine head with large bubbles of hop oils. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Smooth mouthfeel you often associate with high ABV.  Resinous with bittersweet citrus and pine hop flavour .Unfortunately, the malt takes over with a sweet caramel flavour dominating. As it warms up it becomes more resinous but combined with the sweet malt flavour it’s quite sickly.

Sometimes you don’t need more bling.
