BURLEIGH BREWING CO. MY WIFE’S BITTER

Burleigh Brewing Co My wife’s Bitter. A Northern New South Wales interpretation of an English Bitter.

The thin head is indicative of the low carbonation. This has a strong hoppy aroma with a hint of malt, which is exactly what you get. This is an easy drinking beer with a satisfying finish, although it lacks the bitterness to  live up to its name.

This probably only deserves a six, but I am influenced by the fact that this is much better than the gimmicky name suggests.
