BUXTON BREWING AXE EDGE INDIA PALE ALE

Buxton Brewing Axe Edge India Pale Ale. I had this a couple of months ago and regretted not reading the label.

This time I was very gentle and yet still had a very cloudy beer.

For an English IPA this has a lovely, piny hops aroma  and the initial taste is hoppy malt, but it has a dry, muddy aftertaste from the sediment that almost ruins what could be a very good IPA.

Maybe I just need to be more careful with sharp implements.

7/10
