CAMDEN TOWN BREWERY USA HELLS

Camden Town Brewery USA Hells. This beer is in a similar vein to their Indian Summer Lager in that it combines American hops with a lager base.

It was brewed with Pilsner malt and Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Citra and Simcoe hops. It’s a sessionable 4.6% ABV and a mild IBU 20.

Very pale yellow with high carbonation and a frothy head. Grainy malt and citrus aroma.

Light grainy malt and mild citrus hop flavour. The hop flavour isn’t as prominent as you’d expect given the hops used. The body is a bit lacking and it’s over carbonated.

Good idea but poorly executed.
