DOCTORS ORDERS SYNAPSE

Doctors Orders Synapse. When you drink the Doc’s beers you know you’re in for something unique and this one is no exception. A  Saison style beer with a few left field tweaks.

On the malt bill is pilsner with a solid dose of wheat, a bit of European crystal and roast malt. German Spalt hops, grains of paradise (a spice belonging to the ginger family) and fermented with French Saison yeast.

Chocolate malt flavour followed by a bubblegum flavour and a little bit of spice.  Low bitterness with a dry and slightly tart finish. An interesting combination of flavours for a dark beer.

It could be summed up as a chocolatey Saison.
