GREAT DIVIDE BREWING CO TITAN INDIA PALE ALE

Great Divide Brewing Co Titan India Pale Ale. I’m not sure why we don’t know more about this “assertive” and “aromatic” beer from Denver, Colorado. We gave it a Silver Medal in the 2008 AIBA Awards and they suggest “lamb burger” as a food pairing.

It looks good, it smells of pine forest and tastes of bitter grapefruit then leaves you searching for more as the bitterness dries up your mouth. This is a very good IPA. Great hoppiness balanced with enough malt.

I doubt that very few Australians would have understood this beer in 2008. I wouldn’t have, but I am very appreciative of the palate progression over the last six years.
