GREEN FLASH BREWING WEST COAST IPA

Green Flash Brewing West Coast IPA. Upon pouring this beer it looked tasty.

A decent body to it with light brown head screaming hop oils and aroma. First up there are citrus, pine and grapefruit flavours with an oily hop mouthfeel leading into a strong bitter finish.

The hop flavour lingers in your mouth leave you wanting more. Hopheads will love this and at 95 IBU and 7.3% it packs a punch.

According to their website, it utilises “Simcoe for unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes and Cascade for floral aroma.”

This is a fine West Coast-style IPA.
