HARGREAVES HILL STOUT

Hargreaves Hill stout. According to the brewers this is a “Foreign Stout” style.

Jet black with a very strong coffee aroma. Medium mouthfeel. The first thing you notice is the acidity. Then comes a strong astringent, black coffee flavour.

It’s like drinking a cold, acidic espresso. Doesn't really work for me.
