HOPDOG HORNS UP RYE IPA

HopDog Horns Up Rye IPA. Horns Up (or the sign of the horns) has various meanings in different cultures. Rather than ward off the “evil eye”, I’m thinking this is more of a metal music reference as head brewer Tim Thomas is an avid metal fan.

Slighty hazy with a foamy head and sweet pine aroma. Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. Citrus and pine hop flavour nicely balanced by the malt. It finishes with a slightly earthy, spicy and dry bitter finish. I prefer this rye IPA over the Sierra Nevada Ruthless IPA.

Stay metal! \m/
