LAKEFRONT BREWERY IPA

Lakefront Brewery IPA. An American style IPA brewed with pale and caramel malts and hopped with Zeus, Cascade, Chinook and Citra. It’s 6.6% ABV and 40-44 IBU which is on the lower end of the IBU scale for an American IPA.

Looks like your usual IPA with a moderate pine aroma. Medium mouthfeel with relatively low carbonation. Pine and grapefruit flavours with a moderately bitter finish. It’s more like an APA than an IPA.

A good beer to try if you like American Pale Ales and want to start getting into American IPAs.
