MISSION BREWERY SHIPWRECKED DOUBLE IPA

Mission Brewery Shipwrecked Double IPA. I’ve heard good things about Mission Brewery from San Diego so I didn’t hesitate grabbing this bottle from the shelf.

Hopped with Cascade, Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus (CTZ), and Centennial hops it comes in at 75 IBU.

As you pour it you can tell it’s going to be good – a decent body with a beautiful hop aroma. Full body, smooth, thick mouthfeel with soft carbonation. A piney grapefruit flavour, smooth and slightly sweet from the 9.2% ABV.

A solid double IPA.
