MURRAY’S WILD THING IMPERIAL STOUT

Murray’s Craft Brewing Wild Thing Imperial Stout. The CatWoman graphic does a bit to differentiate between the Troggs teenage testosterone elevating hit of 1966 and Iain Murray’s racing yacht, and naturally I lean towards the former. This is a very sensuous drink.

Black, with a rich dark head and roasted, hoppy aroma. This is Club Dark Chocolate with hops and a very full chewy mouthfeel and a dry bitter finish. This is one of the newish brews that blurs the border between a hoppy porter and a black IPA. I love it.

“But I wanna know for sure”. For once the marketing blurb on the label actually follows through. “You make everything groovy”.
