PAULANER HEFE-WEIZEN

Paulaner Hefe-Weizen. If you are looking for a true German beer drinking experience, go and grab yourself a couple of Bratwurst, a pair of Lederhosen and a stein of this beer - and you can bet that shortly thereafter the Griswalds will knock on your door wanting to stay, or Basil Faulty will say "don't mention the war".

Hefe-Weizen's are one of those beers that you either love or hate, and I find them pretty easy to drink.

Lovely soft, gentle, foamy head before the harshness of the wheatyness (if that's the word I am looking for) attacks you in a frenzy of malted wheatyness :)

7/10
