SEVEN SHEDS PARADISE PALE

Seven Sheds Paradise Pale. Seven Sheds is a relative new player on the Tasmanian craft beer scene, having started operations in 2008. As well as a brewery they also their very own meadery (look it up...) and a hop garden.

Their Paradise Pale is described as a “golden summer seasonal ale” brewed with pale and wheat malt and hopped with Styrian Goldings hops.

Nice body and mouthfeel. Malt nicely balanced with hop bitterness and it has a refreshing, crisp, dry finish.

It could do with a bit more flavour.
