SIX STRING BREWING PALE ALE

Six String Brewing Pale Ale. This is my first taste of a beer from this recently opened brewery located at Erina on the Central Coast of NSW.

It looks like a standard pale ale but the aroma smells like chalk.

The malt flavour is pretty mild and it’s difficult to discern any individual hop flavours.

It has a strange bitter bite. Were the hops stale? A very ordinary American style pale ale.

4/10
