SIX STRING BREWING RYE IPA

This is a seasonal release from this relative newcomer located on the NSW Central Coast.

Honey colour slightly opaque. Creamy head with moderate carbonation. Citrus and rye aroma.

Citrus with a little bit of pine leading into a solid, slightly earthy, malt flavour. It finishes with a little bit of malt sweetness followed by a big wack of bitterness. The rye produces a dry and slightly spicy finish. The bitterness lingers for a long time. The combination of dryness and bitterness make it quite a refreshing drop.

If you enjoy Rye IPAs or IPA’s with a bitter kick, check it out.
