SOUTHERN TIER INIQUITY

Southern Tier Trinity. I was keen to try this as I really liked the Unearthly Imperial IPA. Once again Southern Tier are very secretive about the malt and hop bill other than it utilised two types of malt and four hop varieties.

Boozy chocolate malt aroma. Starts with a chocolate malt flavour leading into a strong pine hop flavour with a lasting bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium to full body. Despite the high 9% ABV it’s dangerously drinkable.

A brew for people who love beer with both strong malt and hop flavours.
