SOUTHERN TIER UNEARTHLY

Southern Tier Unearthly IPA. This is an American Imperial IPA. The brewers are very secretive about what it’s brewed with, other than admitting to two types of malt and four varieties of hops.

Dark honey colour with a creamy, a cappuccino-like head with a pine aroma. Smooth, full mouthfeel. Strong pine flavours, resinous and rich with hop oils that lingers in your mouth for a long time. It’s like a stronger version of the Karl Strauss Tower 10 IPA, in terms of both flavour and ABV.

It’s dangerously drinkable, which is scary given it’s 11% ABV.

For those that seek beer with serious flavour hunt this beauty down.
