THE WILD BEER CO MADNESS IPA

The Wild Beer co Madness IPA. “Hops + Hops + Hops”. Yes it does.

A West Coast IPA brewed because Brett, from the US West Coast I presume, couldn’t find any when he arrived in the UK.

A bit over carbonated, but that settled down to leave a resinous fruity aroma. The flavour is all about the hops. Mouth puckering, resinous bitter taste with hints of grapefruit, with an extremely dry finish. This is lovely.

At 6.8% ABV this is not a session beer and lacks the balance of a full malt profile, but I am looking for another of the tasty Somerset beer.
