TRUMER PILSNER

Trumer Pilsner. Knocked together in the Mozart town of Salzburg in Austria, the Trumer pilsner was a well-guarded secret until the opened a US-based brewery in Berkley, California.

This one is from the original Salzburg brewery, though, and it's beer chicken, through and through.

Good enough on a hot day, but nothing special, even if they've gone to a lot of trouble by using Czech Saaz, German Hallertau Perle and Spalt Select hops, then age the beer for six months before they bottle it.

Drink it without fear. Ignore it without regret.

5/10
